Domestic Shipping Only: New England Biologics ships only within the United States to qualified researchers and institutions, subject to product availability and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Process: Orders are processed and shipped via secure, reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft of products during transit.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders: If an order is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other customer error, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs or losses. No refunds will be issued for orders refused by customers.

  1. Returns and Refunds

No Returns for Research Products: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of defective or incorrect products shipped by New England Biologics.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at support@neb.co within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and order details. We may issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging where feasible.

Non-Delivery: Claims for non-delivery must be reported within 14 days of the order date. We will investigate and, if applicable, may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or insufficient information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested by email to support@neb.co before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, you may not cancel your order. If you placed an order and have not paid yet and no longer want the order, please email us immediately. We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
